BigByte Online Classes: Coronavirus Update

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, BigByte will resume classes for the spring semester on 2/24. The health and wellbeing of our students is our top priority and was key in our decision to postpone the start of our semester.

We’ve been working diligently at the BigByte headquarters to provide quality learning solutions that will preserve our students’ education.

Online Classes

BigByte will use the digital classroom as an alternative learning platform where students can engage with our educators at home. Our educators will greet each and every one of our students over a personalized weekly one-on-one video session via Google Hangouts. All of our elementary and junior high students will be provided level-specific assignments during the first online class. On LMS, assignment details will be posted on your child’s class homepage so they can reference any key details needed to complete the assignment.

At Xinhe branch, our educators have had a lovely time chatting with our youngest learners. Some were shy and reluctant to talk at first.

Nevertheless, they all warmed up and started to engage with the teachers; they enjoyed listening to their educator narrate a fun story.

Our main goal of this video chat is for students to engage naturally in a friendly discussion with our teachers, have fun, and stay safe!

We truly miss our students and are looking forward to chatting with them soon!
