Goals:
We’ve all heard the old saying that the younger you are, the easier it is to learn a foreign language. Well guess what? Studies have now shown that the golden age for starting to learn a foreign language is between the ages of 3-6.
Our tier 1 course, the Junior Program, is designed for beginning learners who require the foundational knowledge needed to advance their English skills, such as basic pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. By starting a CCSS-aligned curriculum early, students will learn ahead of international pace, putting them in an excellent position competitively. As part of the BigByte environment, students will come to enjoy learning a new language, while gaining the skills necessary to interact and co-operate with others. By the end of tier 1, students will have cultivated the problem-solving attitude necessary to face the new challenges presented in our tier 2 course, the New Learner Program.
